The location of this hotel makes it worth staying at. The ability to walk to the bridge and along it right from the hotel was awesome. It was clean and well kept. The bed was like sleeping on a cement slab. Very uncomfortable for my husband and I both. But everything else was great.
From the moment we walked up Mya was very pleasant and helpful. I even got to share a few Dad jokes with her. Very nice location with a view of the bridge. Breakfast was included and Stephanie was a very pleasant person to share conversation with. Me and my wife enjoyed them both they made us feel welcomed. Would definitely come back.
Priceline lost our reservation and without missing a beat, Sheila the manager handled us wonderfully. She set us up in a king suite overlooking the bridge and rescued my birthday trip. Beautiful rooms, wonderful staff and super clean. 1000% will come again!
The room itself was great. Nice view of the London Bridge. My biggest problem was we had a connecting room. We booked a room with a view. I might not have taken the room had I known it connected. After a long travel day, my neighbor's decided to take loudly at 1230 am. For some reason there was nothing to stop me from hearing their whole conversation, nothing under the door. You could even see the lights on from under the door. (After mentioning this at check out, they did give us some points, but I would have rather had more sleep.)
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I really liked that we were a walking distance to the village, there’s lots of sightseeing and restaurants to choose from. Recommended “The Chair” restaurant to start. Customer service was excellent from the staff. Its clean which is a big bonus. I think some improvements can be made, one of our bed sheets had a small red stain, beds were a bit on the firmer side, not as comfortable as we expected. Love the AC but the rooms can get stuffy, an addition to them would be a ceiling fan. We like that they have a small laundry room but they only accept quarters. If a machine can be installed where it takes debit or credit card that would be awesome! Other than that, I would highly recommend this place
This is the best hotel option in Lake Havasu! The views from the rooms are phenomenal! And it only takes about 3 minutes to walk down to the bridge! The staff is super nice and helpful. There is ample parking and the area is safe. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and of course all the attractions the London Bridge has to offer. The breakfast is fantastic and has so many different food options. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!
Clean rooms, great breakfast, good customer service, fantastic location, comfortable beds with soft and firm pillows to choose from! It doesn't get better than swimming in a heated pool with the London Bridge as a view!
Hotel was nice, bed & pillows very comfy. Next to London Bridge. A walkway conveniently accessible for a nice walk & view. Service was pleasant. Continental breakfast was great, & staff kept area clean. Coffee is amazing!
